Model OHA 16 CNC 5: 

 

This is 5 axes CNC controlled high speed gear shaping machine.  Its a fully automatic machine designed to generate external or internal spur gears with straight or helical teeth.  Besides gears, the machine is also capable of producting gear segments, clutches and various disk cams generated by rolling the gear cutter. 

      *  Max Dia of workpiece = 160 mm
      *  Max Module = 4 mm

 

Model OHA 50 CNC 5: 

This is 5 axes CNC controlled high speed gear shaping machine.  Its a fully automatic machine designed to generate external or internal spur gears with straight or helical teeth.  Besides gears, the machine is also capable of producting gear segments, clutches and various disk cams generated by rolling the gear cutter.

 

      * Max Dia of workpiece = 500 mm
      * Max Module = 8 mm

 

 

 Model SO 400 CNC: 

This is 6 axes CNC controlled high speed gear shaping machine.  Its a fully automatic machine with electronic guide.  Helical guide is not required for cutting helical gears.

       * Max Module = 8 mm
       * Max stroke length = 100 mm

 

Model SO 800 CNC: 

This is 5 axes CNC controlled large gear shaping machine with hydrostatic guideways & hydrostatic bearings on its cutter head.

       * Max Module = 12 mm
       * Max stroke length = 230 mm
