This is 6 axes CNC controlled high speed gear hobbing machine. Modern mechanical design ensures excellent dynamic machine characteristic for using of high speed cutters.

   * Max Face Width = 200 mm

 

SF 350 CNC: 

This is 6 axes CNC controlled high ridigity gear hobbing machine.  This high cutting accuracy machine has a heat exchanger for thermal balance of the machine body.

  * Max Dia of workpiece = 400 mm
  * Max Module = 12 mm
  * Max Face Width = 400 mm

 

SF 500 CNC: 

This is 6 axes CNC controlled high speed gear hobbing machine with CNC system from NUM, SINUMERIK equipped with original GearSpect programme software.

  * Max Module = 12 mm

 

SF 800 CNC: 

This is 6 axes CNC controlled high speed gear hobbing machine.  Precision Double Worm Gearings and hydrostatic bearings for worktable ensure high dynamic stability and high precision in cutting process.

Gear Hobbing Machine for bevel gears, model SFK 200 CNC: 

It is a numerically controlled machine for efficient hobbing of spiral & hypoid bevel gears by rolling method.
